Data retention.

When a coaching business closes its CONCENTRIC workspace, access is paused and its data is kept for 30 days. During that window the business can ask us to cancel the deletion or to export its data. After 30 days the workspace, its Staff, Clients, and training history, is permanently deleted.

Billing records (invoices and payment history) are kept separately for as long as financial record-keeping obligations require; they contain no training data.
